KUNINGAN (KN),- Calon Anggota DPR RI Partai Golkar Dapil Jabar X (Kuningan, Ciamis, Banjar dan Pangandaran) Nomor Urut 5 Ayuningtyas Widari Ramdhaniar, S,I.A, M. Kesos, mengatakan, Sabtu (10/11), kesetaraan bidang politik di Indonesia masih perlu terus ditingkatkan, Ia menyebutkan, sejak pemilu 1999 hingga 2014, jumlah perempuan dalam lembaga legislatif belum mencapai angka 30 persen. Padahal syarat keterwakilan perempuan sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No.2 Tahun 2008 tentang Partai Politik
“Saya mengajak kepada seluruh perempuan di Indonesia untuk tidak ragu dalam memperjuangkan aspirasi, baik melalui partai politik, parlemen maupun di pemerintahan,” katanya. Menurutnya, keterwakilan perempuan di partai politik, parlemen dan pemerintahan dapat memberikan peran pada perempuan untuk membuat kebijakan yang berkontribusi besar pada pencapaian hak-hak perempuan, khususnya kesetaraan gender.
Tyas berharap pemerintah dapat meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, terutama bagi perempuan, agar dapat mencapai kesetaraan gender secara utuh di Indonesia, mengingat kesejahteraan dan kemajuan perempuan juga berkaitan dengan pembangunan dan peningkatan ekonomi di Indonesia; “Kita berharap pemerintah untuk terus memberikan dukungan kepada perempuan dalam hal pendidikan agar perempuan di Indonesia dapat terus menempuh pendidikan dan mengembangkan diri, baik secara formal maupun informal,” katanya Selain itu pula, pemerintah memberikan pembinaan dan bimbingan kepada perempuan dalam mengubah mindset yang ada di masyarakat tentang kesetaraan gender dalam setiap pekerjaan.

She is the Founder of AWR Foundation, an independent platform dedicated to advancing strategic partnerships, leadership, and collaborative innovation by connecting government, business, academia, media, and communities to create long-term public value.
Ayuningtyas earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare, with a specialization in Regional Autonomy, from the University of Indonesia. Her academic background has provided a strong foundation in governance, public policy, institutional reform, and community development.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is deeply committed to leadership development, nation building, the creative economy, diplomacy, women’s empowerment, public speaking, and lifelong learning. She believes that genuine leadership is defined not by authority or position, but by the positive influence one creates in the lives of others.
